Emailpaws refund policy

We at Emailpaws.com producing only quality templates that caters the needs of email marketers and anybody who loves to create well designed email template. However, we understand that sometimes even the best of us can make mistakes.

Our refund policy protects you in case you receive an unexpected experience while using our template that you have purchased from us. As part of our refund policy, you must allow us to remedy any issues or difficulties you might be facing by approaching our support team at support@emailpaws.com and allow us to solve the issue within 5 business days from the date we receive your email.

A refund shall only be entertained if such request is made within 7 days from the date the item was purchased from us and refunds may only be granted under these circumstances:

– An item is a ‘not as described’ or different from what is shown on Emailpaws website

– Missing files within the purchase and the support team is unable to retrieve the file on your behalf

– You do not receive support as per the template’s support policy

– An item doesn’t work the way it should and the support team unable to fix it in an appropriate time frame

– File is misrepresented in its product description in terms of item compatibility and downloadable files.

Unfortunately you are not entitled a refund when :

– Purchase a template by mistake

– The support team fixes and updates the template in the given time frame

– You don’t have the expertise to edit the template

– You cannot access the template because it has been removed from the Site

– You change your mind after purchasing the template and wish to return it back

– The template you have downloaded doesn’t meet your expectations
